Personalised & Photo Products – We are very sorry but we cannot refund any items that have been personalised or use your photo or design within the order.
If we have made a mistake when creating your item, we will send a replacement out as soon as we can after you have notified us of our mistake, so long as that mistake has been notified to us within 7 days of your order.
If you have made an error when typing your personalisation on the order, we cannot usually correct the error due to the manufacture and printing methods we use and therefore we ask that you place a new order to replace these items.
Refund of return postage – Please call or email before returning any goods
If an item is faulty we would like to discuss the fault with you before you return to us as we will probably send a replacement to you. Sometimes there is no need to return a faulty item to us though we do need to approve any returns in advance otherwise return postage costs cannot be refunded.
If an item is not faulty and you want to return it to us for a refund, please do so at your own discretion (and cost) though we do not have a returns postage-paid service and we cannot refund ay returned items when they have been personalised.
Important Information when returning goods to us
Please make sure that you send any goods back to us with a posting service that insures the value of the goods. If the goods are returned but not received here at our offices, we cannot refund you and you would have to enter into lengthy tracking of the goods with the Royal Mail or whoever you have sent them with. Signed for service with insurance to the value of the goods is always recommended.
These terms apply to your order and we may change our terms and conditions from time to time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
